Long bookings, one clean, no
A crew staying a month with a single clean at the end produces a checkout that no turnover slot absorbs. The laundry volume alone is beyond anything a changeover is sized for.
A reset every few weeks keeps it manageable and keeps the property re-lettable. It also catches the maintenance that heavy occupancy generates while it is still small.
They rebook
This is the part owners underrate. A crew that had a good stay comes back for the next job, and tells the next crew. A working rental that is reliable rather than beautiful gets a steadier calendar than a prettier property chasing weekends.
